Shock as Woman Dies During Prophet David Awuor’s End-of-Year Crusade

Shock as woman dies during Prophet David Owuor’s end-of-year crusade at Technology Farm in Nakuru on December 30, 2025, amid thousands of attendees.

According to reports highlighted by The Standard, church leaders allegedly concealed the incident by moving her body to Egerton Funeral Home in Njoro without notifying the police, as confirmed by Nakuru DCI officer Samuel Ngeiywa.

The death occurred during the Menengai 8 meeting, and the body was quickly relocated to Luanda, Vihiga, on December 31 following media inquiries.

Church members indicated that no police report was filed by either the church or the family, keeping the matter out of official records. Sources within the congregation described the incident as a deliberate cover-up to avoid public scrutiny.
