“Toxic Baby Mama” drama has taken another twist after Mulamwah shared a legal notice indicating that he is ready to sue his baby mama, Carol Sonnie, for defamation and child abuse.
Via his instastories, the comedian declared his plans to take the legal actions after few years of co-parenting drama. As a precaution to his fans, Mulamwah indicated that he is ready to proceed with the legal proceedings against Sonnie. He asked them not to point fingers without concrete evidence. The media personality urged his followers to stop judging but rather pray for him.
In the statement shared through his advocate, Mulamwah have had more than two years of parental responsibility dispute with his baby mama. The first agreement was issued on 26th September 2022 but Sonnie opted to snub it.
The media personality was forced to give out another notice on 1st February 2024. The mother of one still shows no concerns on the comedian’s claims and demands.
According to him, Sonnie has continued to tarnish his name and reputation despite denying him the right to fatherly duties. He demanded that the young actress should delete any defamatory contents from her YouTube channel within the next ten days or else he will sue her.
The comedian further ranted on Sonnie changing their daughter’s name without his consent. He also asked Sonnie to give a valid explanation as to why she changed their baby’s name before everything turns sour on her part.
