Oscar Sudi Says William Ruto Can Also Be Impeached

Oscar Sudi has revealed William Ruto can be impeached if he becomes tribal.

Sudi was reacting to Rigathi Gachagua, who was impeached last year after a motion by Mwengi Mutuse. The motion passed after the majority of the members voted in its favour, and Gachagua was removed from office. Since then he has accused his former boss, William Ruto, of betrayal and added that he had lost the support of the Mountain.

However, Oscar Sudi yesterday revealed that if William Ruto becomes tribal, he can also be impeached. “Did the country stop moving when Gachagua was removed? And will the country stop if we decide to remove William Ruto from office?” Sudi questioned. “We can also impeach William Ruto if he starts being tribal,” he affirmed.

He also went ahead to reveal that Gachagua’s impeachment reasons will one day come to light. “One day, you will understand that it was a must for him to go home. We cannot have one person incite all Kenyans. We cannot have someone who does not want to build anything,” Sudi said.
