A teacher at Sacred Heart Mukumu Girls High School reportedly dies after showing similar symptoms as students. The teacher identified as Juliana Mujema, lost life due to organ failure.
This is the same scenario that happened with the rest of the students at Mukumu Girls’ who succumbed few days ago as a result of the said illness that broke out at the school.
With the demise of teacher Juliana, the death toll now rises to four as per the reports in that school.
However, Mukumu Girl’s High School which is found in Kakamega county was lately closed indefinitely following the news of the disease outbreak that has left the entire nation shocked.
This came after about 500 students from the school got admitted at a hospital showing different symptoms that were all almost similar.
