A total of 884,263 candidates who sat for their Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education ( KCSE )exams in 2022 will today on Friday get tour know their results.
The ministry of education had revealed that marking is complete and that results are now ready for release.
Education CS Ezekiel Machogu is set to announce the results at the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) offices as per the announcement made yesterday by KNEC.
This time round out of the 884,263 candidates, 405,962 were male, while 420,845 were female
The exam marking process, which began on January 2, 2023, was marred by disruptions at the marking centre after a section of teachers downed their tools while citing unfavourable working conditions and poor pay.
Candidates sat the exam between December 2 and December 23, 2022.
It is expected that the CS is not going to rank students as he did with the KCPE results.
