Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Justin Muturi, has dismissed virally spreading claims that he has resigned as the CS.
In a short statement he shared via his social media, the former Attorney General stated that the letter circulating online about his resignation is false. He reiterated his commitment to serve the people of Kenya in his capacity to improve the public service.
“It has come to my attention that a fraudulent letter is circulating, falsely claiming that I have resigned as the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development. I categorically state that this letter is fake and should be disregarded,” Muturi clarified.

“I remain fully committed to serving the people of Kenya in my capacity as Cabinet Secretary, working to strengthen our public service and enhance human capital development. Let us all be vigilant against misinformation intended to mislead the public.” His statement proceeded.
The clarification from the CS just came at a moment he has seemed standing parallel with the government. For quite sometimes, he has been criticizing the Kenya Kwanza administration for taking a tortoise pace in resolving abduction cases.
In his most recent remarks, Muturi revealed that he is ready for an impeachment motion that might be tabled against him if the government remains stubborn in ending abductions.
Lately, leaders aligning with President William Ruto have called on CS Muturi to immediately resign if he can’t fully cooperate to help the government discharge it’s duties to the people.
