Blow To Kuria As Court Prevents EPZA Boss’s Gazettement

Ezekiel Otieno cannot be appointed CEO of the Export Processing Zones Authority, according to instructions from the High Court handed to Industrialization CS Moses Kuria.

The order was issued by Justice Mugure Thande in response to a request made by one Dancun Odero Onyango. She ordered that the petition be delivered to the respondents in the matter, the CS, the Board of EPZ, and the Attorney General.

By March 23, responses must be sent and delivered. On May 9, the case will be brought up for guidance.
