Photo: Susan Kihika Source: Facebook According to the findings released on Monday, August 1, Kihika running a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket, would trounce the incumbent Lee Kinyanjui of the Jubilee party. The poll established that Kihika, a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, is the most popular Nakuru gubernatorial candidate at 59.2%. Survey methodology The survey, which targeted 1,067 respondents, had a +/-3 error margin with a 95 confidence level. “Nakuru County residents of above 18 years and above leaving in rural and urban areas were interviewed. Random Sampling distributed proportionate to population size in 11 constituencies in Nakuru County,” Mizani said. According to the survey, only 0.2% remain undecided on whom they will vote for as the next governor in the August 9 poll.
