About the impending demonstrations on Monday and Thursday, the Azimio La Umoja Coalition has written to the Nairobi Officer Commanding station.
The demonstration would start at dawn and end at dusk, Azimio Executive Council Chairperson Wycliffe Oparanya stated in the letter. The letter stated, “The processions will be held in the streets within your authority from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.”

The organization has additionally requested the OCS to send out enough police officers to ensure guests’ protection and practice crowd management.
