Raila Odinga Warns Envoys And Promises To Continue His Weekly Protests

Leader of Azimio la Umoja Raila Odinga has warned foreign diplomats to refrain from interfering in Kenya’s domestic issues.

He insists that the weekly large-scale demonstrations he is organizing will go on as long as the problems they have brought up are not resolved. President William Ruto’s administration came under more of Raila’s criticism, and he frequently asserted that the regime had tried to assassinate him.

In response to comments made about the widespread protests by some of Kenya’s international allies, a defiant Raila laughed and urged his supporters to attend what he called “the mother of all protests” on Monday. The ODM leader criticized the effort by the international community to support the results of the presidential election held last year while speaking at the funeral of the nation’s first female MP, Grace Onyango, in Gem, Siaya County.

When asked about the country’s voting system, ambassadors were reprimanded by Raila and his associates for allegedly trying to obstruct their efforts to enhance democracy in the nation.

“I want to speak to the international community and let them know that democracy is democracy and that all democracies must be judged according to the same standards.”

He specifically called out Meg Whitman, the US ambassador to Kenya, for purportedly approving the results of the 2016 presidential election by claiming that the polls were open. I’m not sure which nation she was referring to. Leader of the Narc Martha Karua, Siaya Senator Oburu Oginga, Minority Leader of the National Assembly Opiyo Wandayi, Governors of Homa Bay, Migori, Anyang Nyong’o, and Kisumu, and James Orengo were all in his company. (Siaya).
