President Uhuru Pays A Courtesy Visit To Raila Odinga At His Home In Karen

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday visited ODM leader Raila Odinga at his Karen residence a day after the Supreme Court upheld William Ruto’s win.

The outgoing president was accompanied by his son Muhoho and Siaya Senator elect James Orengo where he met the Azimio-One Kenya leader, his wife, presidential secretariat spokesperson Makau Mutua and lawyer Paul Mwangi.

As speculated by netizens and the political commentators, Raila who narrowly lost the just concluded election is not in good place with his health as his face appeared swollen, observed from the pictures sufficing online taken during the visit.

According to insiders, the Azimio presidential candidate had a minor home accident but generally he is doing okay.

The public on social media went ahead to express concerns and sympathy as some wished the ODM leader would just retire and focus with his health and family while others honored him for being an hero and always standing firm to fight for justice.

Caroline Mwenda said: “You will forever remain my hero Raila.”

Nahashon Kimemia commented: I opposed him but never wished this to happen to him.
