PLO Lumumba has called for the foreign ministry to be blamed after Raila Odinga’s loss in the African Union elections.
On Saturday evening, Raila Odinga lost his bid to become the chairman of the African Union. Majority of the kenyans celebrated the loss after accusing him of self benefiting fron the Gen Z demonstrations which happened last year after deciding to work with William Ruto.Odinga insisted that it was not time for a blame game and that they tried their best for the seat. President William Ruto said that Africa missed an opportunity to be led by Raila Odinga, who was a competent leader.
While speaking to Spice FM on Monday, Lumumba has now accused the foreign ministry of poor planning. “The conduct of Kenyans, they are singing outside the AUC headquarters. You send a large delegation of people who are doing nothing. Cantankerous to the hilt. If I were the President of the Republic of Kenya, my first act would be to remove the Minister of Foreign Affairs and everybody who was involved in Raila’s election,” Lumumba said.
