Pastor Ng’ang’a To Sell Multi-million Hotel For A Project In USA

Evangelist and Pastor James Ng’ang’a has revealed plans to put his multi-million hotel on sale for a bigger project in the United States.

In an interview with Nairobi news, the pastor stated that the Newstead Hotel situated along the Nakuru-Nairobi Road is worth Sh.800 Million.

Ng’ang’a is aspiring to put up another multi-million church in The States which will approximately cost him a whooping 600 Million.

“I am selling the hotel so that I can get enough money to finance the project,” he said while speaking to Nairobi news.

The Neno Evangelism founder who now has family in the USA, disclosed that he intends to move permanently to the States and has already begun preparations to establish his religious mission in the country.

That is why I have been visiting America many times, is to prepare the ground. My wife is in America since she gave birth recently,” he said.

The hotel has been in operation since June 2016 and although the asking price is Sh800 million, there may be room for negotiation.
