“Do Not Order Me” – Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi Slams Officers at Nairobi Area DCI

Safina Party leader and popular billionaire Jimmy Wanjigi has slammed a police officer who tried to force him into a vehicle after he arrived to record a statement at Nairobi Area Police Station.

In a video that has since gone viral, a scuffle ensued after police officers denied the billionaire the opportunity to address the press. This is when Wanjigi became angry after one of the officers ordered him to get into one of the vehicles.

In the video, Wanjigi is heard saying that he cannot be ordered around and that the police officers should keep quiet.

“Have some respect. Don’t order me. This is wrong. Hakuna cha hicho.” said Wanjigi

Wanjigi is accused of being at the center of recent protests where several youths came to the CBD to cause disruption over what they term as grand corruption and failed promises from President William Ruto.

Earlier this month, Jimmy Wanjigi’s houses were barricaded by police officers after a search for the businessman to arrest him, despite a court order.
