Kenya’s public figure Esther Akoth, better known with her brand name Akothee has been overjoyed upon receiving the news that, her school has been approved and registered officially by the ministry of education.
This in deed, is one of the dreams that the singer has made real, as she oftentimes emphasized on empowering the current generation.
“Akothee Foundation Academy has been on my bucket list since I dropped out of school and saw how useless I was when I could not afford school fees for my children. I would love to offer this opportunity to my community and the nation at large to support and empower my Community.” She wrote.
Sharing her joy with her millions of online fans while at the same time thanking the ministry, the dubbed president of single mothers took to Instagram to express her excitement for the milestone to establish the school named Akothee Academy.
“Today is the day that I have felt the greatest impact of Positivity in my life. Akothee Academy is now fully registered under the Ministry of Education.” Read in part of the long post.
She further added that:
Allow me to thank the county director of education, Jacob Oyiego, together with his team. For his massive support. Nasema Ahsante Sanaaaaa Sir,” she said.
Prior to the successful registration of Akothee Academy, the singer publicized that there are now job openings in the institution, where she also encouraged interested Kenyans to send applications to fill the vacancies..
