Nameless Clarifies On Undergoing Vasectomy After Baby Number Three

Artist David Mathenge aka Nameless has retracted his earlier statement on undergoing vasectomy after his wife, Wahu Kagwi, welcomed their third daughter.

Last week, the father of three sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans after claiming he had already undergone the vasectomy process. The “Inspire” hitmaker indicated that him and Wahu had made a bold decision to close the reproduction chapter and that was the main reason for him to undergo through the birth control procedure. Nameless also revealed that he had no problem closing the chapter with no son as it never affected him in any way since all his children were healthy.

“Ah, tumefunga, nimeenda vasectomy. Nimeona ni take things into my own hands. Closing this chapter without a male child does not affect me. As long as you have a child who is healthy and you are doing your best,” Nameless said.

The musician’s statement made him to trend for a few days before he prompted to clarify the matter on Monday. In his Facebook, Nameless indicated that people misinterpreted him as he meant that he was planning on undergoing the birth control procedure. Keeping in mind that his remarks went viral on social media and several bloggers published the story, the artist revealed that his mother had called to enquire him why he was blocking “further blessings”.

“Alaaar.. guys , hamujui jokes buana … Nameless is NOT seedless buana… To be clear, I just said I am thinking of going for Vasectomy, sijaEnda buana,.. wueh, mpaka napigiwa na mum kuniuliza kwanini na zuia further blessings…”, Nameless wrote.

Nameless and Wahu are blessed with three gorgeous daughters. The couple’s social media posts have always showcased them as a happy and well kept family. They are always ready to take a bullet on behalf of each other. This was witnessed few months ago after Tumiso defended her mother from bodyshamers who trolled her for gaining weight after welcoming her third child.
