The blogger’s post criticized DJ Fatxo’s freedom yet he is the primary suspect in Geoffrey Mwathi’s death yet Muthomi’s roommates are in custody.

It’s reported that the foreman at the adjacent building which is under construction told the press that he found the body of Muthomi lying lifeless when he opened the site for the constructors to continue with their daily routine.

He added that one of Muthomi’s roommates came to the site and he looked very concerned with Muthomi’s lifeless body.

The incident was later reported to Kasarani Police Station and the roommates are currently in police custody since they are primary suspects.

Muthomi’s family believes that their son was murdered since he never showed any suicidal signs.

Being the first born, his mother described him as dependable and he is seeking answers on her son’s death.

After an autopsy was carried out on Muthomi’s body, it showed that the mechanical engineering student died out of abdominal injuries resulting from the fall.

This incident comes at a time when a 23 years old Geoffrey Mwathi also fell off to his death from the 10th apartment of DJ Fatxo in Redwood apartments along Thika Road.

Mwathi’s case is also under investigation and the authorities are doing their best to deliver justice to Mwathi’s family.
