Young Blood Takes Narok KUPPET Campaigns by Storm as Branch Eyes New Era

Narok KUPPET Branch Organizing Secretary aspirant, Rogony Nicholas, is taking his campaigns directly to the grassroots, deepening his connection with educators and their families across counties.

Over the weekend, Rogony attended a retirement celebration in Gesabakwa village, Masaba Sub-County in Kisii County, to honor Mr. Mose, a long-serving teacher who retired after 35 years of dedicated service at Gesabakwa Primary School.

In an emotional event that brought together teachers, community members, and church leaders, Mr. Mose was celebrated not only for his loyalty to the teaching profession but also for his selfless commitment. His colleagues praised him as a man who often skipped meals to dedicate more time to his students’ academic success, a true reflection of sacrifice in the pursuit of excellence.

Speaking at the event, Rogony commended Mr. Mose’s consistency and dedication, describing him as a role model whose life should inspire both young and old teachers. According to him, Mr Mose taking retirement seat is just fate and not depicting him as tired soldier. He urged colleagues to borrow a leaf from his service, not just as a teacher, but as a community builder.

Community members echoed similar sentiments, hailing Mr. Mose as a man of integrity who not only shaped young minds in the classroom but also contributed to local development and church initiatives.

Notably, this celebration came barely a day after Rogony attended another retirement event at Bongont’a Primary School, also in Kisii County, where Mr. Jared Nyaboro; a teacher with 39 years of service was honored. Jared is the father of Ben Nyaboro, a teacher from Poroko Schools in Narok.

By consistently showing up at such events, Rogony is not just campaigning; he is building bridges and standing in solidarity with the teaching community, a move that is gaining him admiration as the Narok KUPPET branch looks to embrace a new era of youthful leadership grounded in humility and connection.
