Nakuru-based couple have reportedly lost all the five babies hours after giving birth at Nakuru level 5 Hospital on Tuesday 1st Feb.
The 25-year old mother of the babies, identified as Margaret Wairimu who is married to Mr Simon Ndungu Kinyanjui presented herself in the facility on 29th of January, 2023.
Later, she delivered through Cesarean Section surprising the doctors who discovered that she was expecting quintuplets .
Reports from Dr. Aisha who works at the huge facility, said that the newborn’s were 1 baby boy and 4 girls and were in good conditions but today succumb to complications on Thursday morning, 2 February.
Also, it was reported that the four girls and one boy weighed between 500 grams and 650 grams respectively.
Having been hit by the news of receiving five bundles of joy at once yesterday, Mr Kinyanjui-a 2NK Driver expressed his great excitement where he also called on the government together with welwishers for support inorder to raise the children.
