Raila Odinga: We Do Not Recognize the Kenya Kwanza Regime

Azimio la Umoja party leader  Raila Odinga has said that that they do not recognize the Kenya kwanza regime led by President William Samoei  Ruto .

Odinga said this while addressing his supporters at Kamukunji  grounds , Nairobi County earlier today.

According to the former Prime Minister, the Kenya Kwanza regime colluded with IEBC and the  Supreme court to deny them victory  and therefore thier  government is   illegitimate and do not reflect the will of the people exercised during the last elections. He also called on the government over the unilateral reconstitution of the IEBC.

“We reject the August 2022 poll tally and do not recognize the Kenya kwanza government because they are illegitimate. A gallant IEBC whistleblower has published the final and true results indicating that we won by 2 million votes.” Said Odinga.

The Azimio party leader who jetted into the country  today was accompanied by Azimio leaders including his running mate for the 2022 August polls Martha Karua and Kalonzo Musyoka.

The sentiment comes a day after Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua vowed to deal with the opposition leader decisively but Odinga and his brigade remain unbowed as they declare resistance to the Kenya Kwanza policies that according to them are punitive.
