Azimio La Umoja Party leader Raila Odinga has continued his onslaught against Kenya Kwanza with recent attacks directed at Deputy Rigathi Gachagua.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Odinga stated that the deputy president is planning to infiltrate their planned demonstrations with armed youths to cause violence and direct their attacks on Azimio supporters who will be in streets on Monday.
According to the former prime minister, Gachagua has set command centers in Hilcrest drive and in a house next to Bomas of Kenya where they currently being stacked with crude weapons including guns, pangas and machetes for the said operation.
“It has come to our attention that Rigathi Gachagua has set up operation of mayhem against Azimio La Umoja protest Rallies scheduled to take place in Nairobi tomorrow.
To achieve his evil and bloody plans, Mr. Gachagua has set two armory centers where they are being stocked with crude weapons.” Read the statement issued by Hon Raila Odinga.
Additionally, Odinga has also indicated that crude weapons have been transported to Western Kenya and Nyanza regions to target Azimio leaders.

Earlier today, the Inspector General of Police Japhet Koome had issued a stern warning that anyone found disrupting law and order and or participating in the demos will be dealt with accordingly.
However, the Azimio La Umoja leader rubbished the statements, daring the Police boss to arrest him.
