Media personality, Njogu Wa Njoroge, has responded to a blogger who accused him on being in an affair with the late John De’ Mathew’s second wife, Caroline Waithera.
The article which has been circulating in the social media, indicated that Njogu is dating the widow since they already parted ways with gospel musician, Mary Lincoln.
Njogu denied the allegations strongly through a statement he shared on his Facebook page.
In the post, the media personality noted that he normally don’t respond to bloggers who are after traffic, likes and comments but the situation at hand forced him to.
He added that the disrespect to John Demathew’s family and to him was painful and he will respect the family upto his last breath.
“I never respond to blogs who are after traffic, likes and comments, BUT the disrespect to John’ Demathew’s family and to me is painful.I will respect De Mathew’s family, to the last breath of my life. Its plainly evil even to think of writing such,” he wrote.
The alleged blogger had previously indicated in the article that Njogu and Waithera were in a romantic relationship even before he parted ways with the gospel musician.
The blogger further alleged that the duo were in Mombasa on Valentine’s day where they enjoyed themselves.
Waithera is later said to have shared the photos of the vacation and this led the netizens to question where she got the money to pay such an expensive vacation.
She later hinted on being surprised by a certain sponsor.
However, it has been noted that Njogu and Waithera are long term friends and their friendship started even before the secular Kikuyu artist died.
In September 2022, Waithera was facing pressure from netizens who were constantly asking her to move on where the gorgeous widow shut them down.
