Nicah the Queen Sues Luo artist Emma Jalamo Against Defamation

Gospel artist Veronica Wanja Mushana alias Nicah the Queen, has now taken legal action against popular Benga Luo artist Emma Jalamo.

Nicah, after issuing a dire warning to Emma Jalamo whom she accused of intruding to her marital life, later sued the Luo artist for defamation.

According to a publication by Nicah’s advocates, the post that Emma Jalamo made on his social media Facebook page which has about 10k followers had Nicah’s photo captioned as; ‘jaoda… Nicah.’

This is a luo word which means ‘my wife Nicah.’

According to the law firm representing Nicah on this case, the two word statement that Emma Jalamo made garnered thousands of reactions who seemingly misunderstood it.

This in return injured the reputation of Nicah as a mother, wife and and most importantly as a gospel artist.

As previously claimed in Nicah’s furiously posted statement, DJ Slahver who is her betrothed partner has not been in good terms with her, turning the gospel singer’s marriage into turmoil.

The matter has been confirmed by the advocates of Nicah as they noted down, “for avoidance of doubt, our client’s Marriage has fallen into turmoil on account of your said offending post.”

They claimed that Emma Jalamo made it look like Nicah of a exceeding appetite being a prostitute, an unfaithful married woman of protruding nose into extramarital affairs.

However, the firm through the letter demanded that Emma Jalamo takes liability to retract the publication together with an apology in the next seven days.
