Muthoni Mukiri Reveals Her Baby’s Gender And Name.

Media personality and YouTuber, Muthoni Wa Mukiri, has revealed the gender and name of her unborn baby at a flashy baby shower event.

The former Inooro TV news presenter held the baby shower which was attended by friends and former colleagues in the media industry weeks before her delivery.

The media personality revealed that she is expecting a baby boy whom she has already named Ng’ang’a.

Mukiri took it to her Facebook page and shared the photos of the baby shower, which was attended by some of her close friends and former colleagues including Shiks Kapyenga, Lilian Muli and Teacher Wanjiku.

The pictures showcased a beautifully decorated event, with pink and blue balloons and a cake with the words ‘Oh boy’ on it as well as the wall.


She looked radiant and happy while dressed in a stylish pink dress, as she posed for photos with her friends.

The announcement of the baby’s gender and name has elated Mukiri’s fans and followers, who flooded her Facebook page comment section with congratulatory messages.

Judy Wanjiru wished Mukiri a safe delivery and protection.

Marion Mugenyo congratulated Mukiri for her mode of dressing at the baby shower not mimicking the trend of celebrities who expose some body parts like the belly during baby shower photoshoots.

Earlier on, the mom-to-be also received breastfeeding classes from an expert who had also attended the event.

The TV host’s pregnancy news announcement earlier this year was received with great excitement by her fans.


The former news anchor, who was known for her Kikuyu eloquence has been keeping her followers updated on her pregnancy journey, sharing pictures and videos of her glowing skin and growing baby bump.

As the TV host is preparing for motherhood, her followers are eagerly anticipating for the arrival of the bundle of joy.


Mukiri resigned from Inooro TV in 2020 for her own reasons before securing another TV job in KTN Home this year.
