KHRC Accuses President William Ruto Of Being A Liar

The Kenya Human Rights Commission has accused William Ruto of lying to Kenyans.

Since taking office in August 2022, President William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza administration has been the target of harsh criticism both online and in person for the way he has run the nation. The young Kenyans known as Gen Z flocked to the streets in June of last year to demonstrate against the Finance Bill 2024, which aimed to raise taxes and impose additional obligations on Kenyans.

According to their social media page on X, the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) has now labelled the president a liar for his continuous lies to the Kenyans. “Liar, liar, pants on fire!William Ruto hates the Constitution, Kwamchetsi Makokha writes, noting that were it not for the necessity of swearing an oath to take office, the words would have stuck in his craw. Seven pledges Kenya Kwanza made in its campaign manifesto two years ago, which do not require any significant financial investment to fulfil, continue to haunt the Ruto regime as Kenyans demand an end to abductions and  assassinations.
