Kenya and the United States Forge Stronger Ties with Emphasis on Trade and Investment

In a landmark meeting held on January 29, 2024, representatives from Kenya and the United States underscored their commitment to bolstering bilateral trade and investment. Leading the charge from Kenya were Cabinet Secretary for Investment, Trade, and Industry, Rebecca Miano, along with Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi. The United States was represented by Ambassador Meg Whitman. The meeting aimed to assess the progress of the negotiations and discuss updates on the evolving partnership.
