Jackie Matubia And Blessing Lungaho Respond To Breakup Claims

Actor and actress Blessing Lungaho and Jackie Matubia have finally broken their silence about rumours that their relationship had hit a rock.

In the recent past, the couple’s social media trends had left fans speculating they were no more.

Some hints to a breakup include the fact that on April 24, 2023, Blessing celebrated his birthday and Matubia did not post or wish him well, fans also noticed Matubia did not have her engagement ring in many of her online appearances.

She also posted another video that suggested she was character developed by a man after touching his phone.

“Nilikuwa nafikirianga ni mimi pekee yangu naitwanga babyghurl na nikafanya makosa nikashika simu yake. Let me tell you Maina… I’ll never recover,” she said.

But now, asked about the status of her relationship by Milele Fm, Jackie said that Kenyans had been taking her social media content out of context.

“We are doing well. Is a celebrity not allowed to do TikTok trends? Everyone is doing well,” she said.

Blessing, on his part, also confirmed that they were still together, dismissing the breakup rumours.

“I don’t know where these rumours came from. Invite us to your show and see because you don’t believe Jackie and you don’t believe me. Prepare tea and chicken or else I will not come,” he said.

“I’m just from the gym. I’m even seated here next to her and I just want to go take a shower.” He added

The couple borne of citizen Tv’s Zora series, have been serving us couple goal ever since they started dating.
