Huduma Namba Will Be Replaced By The PS Bitok Unique Personal Identification

The government will substitute a Unique Personal Identifier for Huduma’s Namba. Julius Bitok, the department’s principal secretary for immigration and citizen service, said

According to him, “The Huduma Namba did not work out, but we are going to replace it with Unique Personal Identifier if a child is born, he or she will use that number from the time of birth until the time of his or her demise,” The service, according to him, will be added to the E-Citizen portal.

Kenyans were asked by Ambassador Bitok to register births and deaths so that the government could plan for the country’s population.

On Friday afternoon, Bitok gave a speech in Kaguru, South Imenti, where he had just opened a civil registration office.

Along with other influential members of parliament, he was accompanied by MPS Shadrack Mwiti (South Imenti), Mpuru Aburi (Tigania East), Kirima Nguchine (Tigania West), and John Paul Mwirigi (Igembe South). According to Bitok, just 55% of Kenyans record their births, which causes a backlog of legal cases including succession issues.

He emphasized the significance of recording both births and deaths. Children cannot enroll in school these days without birth documents, and land cannot be divided if the person holding the title deed has passed away, according to Bitok.

According to Bitok, the birth and death certificates would soon be issued digitally, allowing Kenyans to obtain them within a single day. In order to boost the number of people who register the two, he advised the residents of South Imenti to use the new office.

Even if the chiefs and their helpers had relatives who passed away in Shakahola or somewhere else, he pleaded with them to assist us.

MPs in attendance criticized Raila Odinga, the leader of the Azimio, for his protest. Shadrack Mwiti, a Jubilee candidate who was elected as the MP for South Imenti, declared his support for the Jubilee group headed by Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege. According to Mwiti, it’s crucial that his folks receive government funding for development.

Mwiti advised Raila to go on and accept his defeat.

If the head of the Azimio movement keeps up his demonstrations in the upcoming week, John Paul Mwirigi (Igembe South) pleaded with President William Ruto to end the bipartisan discussions.

In order for Raila Odinga to know that Meru is firmly behind Ruto, Dorothy Muthoni Ikiara, a nominated MP, challenged him to attempt his demos there. Aburi claimed that Raila Odinga’s demands are contradictory.

Nothing significant emerged from the handshake between Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta, according to Moses Kirima (Central Imenti). Aburi claimed that despite Raila and Uhuru’s alliance, William Ruto was able to easily defeat Raila in the polls.

“I supported Azimio when running for office on the NoPeu ticket, but I resigned and joined President William Ruto,”
