Eric Omondi’s Unending Generosity Takes Another Twist

Comedian turned activist Eric Omondi has been a saviour to uncountable families ever since he took a step to begin fitting into the shoes of the “common wananchi”. The comedian has been occasionally engaging his fan base to help raise funds which he channels to support the needy.

This time round, Mr. Eric has taken to his social media platforms a short intro of a woman going by the name Jane Omondi, whose son died five years down the line but has never received the body of his son to bury due to a huge bill that accumulated in the hospital.

Eric wrote:

“We are going live with our Mother Jane Omondi who has not been able to bury her son for 5 YEARS because of a bill of Ksh 748K.”

Expressing sufficient confidence in his millions of fans, who have oftentimes been cooperative with Eric in extending generosity to the needy introduced to them, Eric Omondi volunteered to spearhead the contribution.

He further showed optimum hopes that they could raise more than enough to settle the bill so that the balance could be channeled to other siblings for their school fees.

“We will raise the money today and bury him this Friday na bado tulipie watoi wa Marehemu School fees. Start sending to her number 0706959715 (Her name is Jane Omondi).” He added.

This program has seen a few needy persons meet their light at the end of the tunnel through Eric Omondi even as sections of Kenyans have started to foretell that Eric eyes a political seat come the next general election; an opinion they relate to Eric’s exclusive generosity.

However, the father of one has turned deaf ears to these claims and he is yet to address it. Does he even know it?
