Her old video had resurfaced on 16 November, in which she was making confessions to having dated multiple men for soft life.
The Kenyan top female content creator, Diana Marua, yesterday came out to defend her motives of making that video.
She said she was aware that the internet does not forget and thus had reasons of disclosing her past.
In a long post on Instagram Diana said she shared because she is in a position to inspire generations.
Diana Marua added that as a role model, she is supposed to not only share the good things in life but also the sad ones and difficult things she has encountered in her journey.
“Despite knowing that the internet does not forget, I did this video to testify that Jesus can make every woman’s wish come true.”
Diana posted the video in 2020 when she was dedicating a brand new Mercedes Benz gift from her husband Bahati.
She recounted the days when she was poor and had to date men for money and cars she could not afford back then.
Diana is now counting her blessings as a mother of five, wife and among the most followed content creators.
In yesterday’s post, She encouraged all women not to give up on their dreams and wait for their time.
