CS Ababu Namwamba Meets Nigerian Singer Patoranking

Nigerian singer Patoranking born Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie paid a visit to the new Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Youth, Sports, and Entertainment Ababu Namwamba on November 16, 2022,in Ababu’ s office in Nairobi.

The news were revealed by the ministry of sports through their twitter handle saying that the two held discussions on matters of music and collaboration between the two countries.

According to the tweet,the new CS has been big on changing the entertainment ministry since he got in office.

“The CS, Ababu Namwamba is committed to expanding Kenya’s creative industry to a level where artists can comfortably earn a decent living from their creativity,” read the tweet.

The celebrated artist is expected to have an invite-only private party here in Kenya.

The ‘Abule’ singer last performed in Kenya as a surprise act at singer Rema’s concert at Carnivore grounds back in May 2022.

This visit comes two weeks after the artist got chosen to perform in the Qatar 2022 Fifa WorldCup a chance he got for his song Abule.
