“Demand Evidence and Don’t Allow Lies on National TV,” Statehouse Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed Tells Jeff Koinange

Statehouse Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed interrupted a live interview on JKL, where Jeff Koinange was speaking with civic educator Morara Kebaso.

During the interview, Morara claimed that President William Ruto had called him to offer a job due to his exposure of stalled government projects.

Hussein Mohamed accused Morara of lying and stated that the president had never called him. He demanded that Jeff Koinange ask Morara to provide evidence of the alleged call from the head of state.

“Jeff, be professional. Do not allow lies on national TV. The president did not call the gentleman by the name Morara Kebaso. Why would he lie on national TV?”

Hussein Mohamed said.Morara Kebaso had gained attention in recent months for questioning stalled projects that had been relaunched, with funds spent despite the lack of progress.

He accuses Ruto’s government of using these projects to gain sympathy votes.
