According to Joho, his wealth comes from developing previously undeveloped property, shareholding, jewelry, and cash at the bank.
He clarified that this wealth is solely his share and not that of his family.Joho made these remarks during his vetting before the National Assembly Committee on Appointments.
He was appointed by President William Ruto to head the Mining and Blue Economy docket following the disbandment of the cabinet early last month. Joho is set to replace Salim Mvurya, who has been moved to the Trade and Investment docket.
