Charges Dropped Against Dennis Itumbi in Alleged Forgery Case

Charges against ICT Chief Administrative Secretary Dennis Itumbi have been dropped by the State in a case where he was accused of forging a letter alleging a plot to assassinate former Deputy President William Ruto. The Chief Magistrate, Susan Shitubi, ruled the case unconstitutional and lacking sufficient evidence.
