Interior Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo has provided a major progress update on President William Ruto’s flagship agricultural project, the Kimira-Oluch Smallholder Farm Improvement Project (KOSFIP) located in Homa Bay County.
The PS defended the administration’s focus on production agriculture, highlighting that deliberate investments in irrigation infrastructure are actively strengthening national food security, creating jobs, and empowering local rural communities.
