The Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has pleaded with the members of public to help in locating and re-arrest Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, the Prime suspect in the murder of 42-women whose bodies were found dead in the Kware dumpsite in Mukuru.
After conducting through searches to no avail, since the day Jumaisi disappeared from police custody, August 20, the DCI has now turned a pleading hand to the public seeking for collaboration to re-arrest the serial murder suspect.

“If you have any information regarding Collins Jumaisi Khalusha’s whereabouts, we encourage you to share it confidentially through the anonymous #FichuaKwaDCI hotline at 0800722203 or reach out to the police through the hotlines 999, 911, and 112.” Read in part, the statement issued by the DCI.
Anyone with lead information is also encouraged to present themselves before any nearest police station within the country, for further interrogation.
“Your support could greatly impact the re-arrest of this wanted suspect. Every piece of information is valuable,” DCI statement further read.
Collins Jumaisi was arrested on Sunday July 14, by the DCI and NPS officers in Kayole while watching the Euros finals. The arrest came after the detectives tracked the mobile phone belonging to slain Josephine Owino, whose body has been identified.
“We have made good progress. Early this morning at 1.am, we arrested the prime suspect Collins Jumaisi. On interrogation, the suspect confessed to having lured, killed and disposed of 42 female bodies between 2022 and as recently as the last day of July 11, 2024,” said DCI Chief Amin Mohammed, on the day Jumaisi was arrested
