The Calls Have Dried Up After I Was Sacked as CS— Moses Kuria

Former Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has lamented that he no longer receives any calls after being sacked as Cabinet Secretary from President Ruto’s government.

While speaking in a live interview with Citizen TV, the former Gatundu South Member of Parliament stated that the calls have dried up and that he contemplated taking his phone to a technician to find out why (nini mbaya) because the calls have reduced significantly compared to when he was the Cabinet Secretary.

The calls have dried up. Twice I have had the temptation of taking the phone to the technician, nini mbaya. No calls compared to when I was CS,” said Kuria.

Kuria was among the CSs who were sacked by President William Ruto following the disbandment of the cabinet after the deadly protests in June and July, leading to the reshuffle and the inclusion of ODM members into the government.

Commenting on the protests, Kuria stated that they were successful because if they hadn’t been, he would still be a CS in Ruto’s government.

“The Gen Z won, because if they hadn’t, I would not be sitting here jobless,” added Kuria.
