Having gone missing for three days, Erick Siku Mambole, 21, a student at Masinde Muliro University was eventually found dead in his room on June 18 at about 8 pm.
He was staying in some apartment, located near the school premise and his sudden disappearance took the attention of his landlord, who worriedly questioned the whereabouts of his tenant
According to reports by Star Newspaper, the landlord of the apartment was then prompted to report about the late Erick’s 3-day missing, believing that the police should beware of the worrying situation.
Upon proceeding to the student’s room to kick off investigations, the officers found the door closed from inside and were forced to break into the room following the rising suspicion.
It was until then, that officers found a lifeless body with foam oozing from the deceased’s mouth, lying on the bed.
However, the report filed by the police revealed that the body did not have any visible injuries at the time it was picked up at the mortuary adding that the autopsy will be conducted to reveal what caused the death of the student
