Raila’s Gas Plant Spectre Invaded by Goons as He leads Anti-Government Mass Protests

A gas plant owned by Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga has been attacked by unknown persons as the former Prime Minister leads anti-government mass protests for the second time.

The company known as East African Spectre Limited, has been reportedly stoned partially and as displayed by the CCTV footages captured, about 20 unknown persons stormed the premise and began hurling stones from the gate.

While giving further information, the security and safety manager of the company; Mr Humphrey Waswa, said the group of goons arrived on motorbikes and took roughly 30 minutes continuing with their actions before police officers arrived at the scene to enforce order.

In his explanations, he said he spotted four unmarked land cruisers who undoubtedly worked jointly with the goons.

He said:

They were being supported by 4 unmarked vehicles (land cruisers) and we suspect their target was our managing Director because her office has been most damaged.”

A little damage has been reported and investigations are expected to be conducted sooner.

However, it’s yet unknown their intentions and reasons why such sudden attack would be experienced at the plant.
