Njugush Reveals Why He Declined Kiss FM Job Offer

Digital content creator and influencer Njugush has finally revealed the reasons for turning down Radio Africa job offer in 2022.

In an interview with Nairobi News, the comedian stated that his busy schedule made him to lose the job opportunity offered to him at Kiss FM. Despite his dream to work in a radio station one day, he was forced to decline the offer since he travels a lot and it could have interfered with the Show’s timetable. However, the comedian never revealed which show the station wanted him to host.

“There was that time in 2022 Kiss FM wanted to hire me but it didn’t work out. There was that suggestion but the particular segment didn’t work out because of a few issues. Majorly it was because of time. I love radio very much. The main problem is the time they wanted me for the show,” Njugush said.

Njugush further revealed that one can allow the opportunity slip off their fingers because the clients won’t understand that you are also working in radio. He added that in freelancing every job opportunity counts since they are not regular.

“If you are on radio, you will just let the opportunity pass yet those people won’t understand that you are on radio. As freelancers, any job counts and they are not regular,” the comedian said.

The father of two added that his dream is still valid as he hopes to work in radio one day, whether a smallest or biggest one. For now, he is focusing on content creation and social media influencing.
