Lupita Nyong’o Finds New Furry Bestie After Breaking Up With Boyfriend

Lupita Nyong’o, one of the most exciting actress of this generation, has eventually found new bestie just few days after the news of breaking up with her boyfriend hit the waves.

Taking pride of her decision, the 40-year-old Lupita shared a post of a beautiful little cat on her Instagram account, with a sweet caption that blasted her feelings. She described the cat as her new companion, which seemed as if she was alluding to her recent fracture with her boyfriend Selema Masekela.

She even further revealed that her situation has pushed her into pouring out love to an animal (cat), she has been afraid of since time immemorial.

“Introducing my new companion, Yoyo! I have historically been afraid of cats, but when my life was altered instantly recently, a little voice whispered to me that it was time to embrace change and new possibilities,” Nyong’o wrote.

In black and white, the Wakanda Forever star said she has proudly joined the league of pet parents obsessed with their animals. According to her, she feels the company between her and the cat is so mutual; coming along with several gains regarding her current state.

“I never understood people whose phones were full of photos and videos of their pets — now I am one of those people! It may look like I saved Yoyo, but really, Yoyo is saving me”
