“LGBTQ Should Not Be Entertained In Kenya”- Likoni MP Mishi Mboko

Likoni Member of Parliament Mbishi Mboko is the latest in the list of Kenyan leaders who have harshly shunned the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ) Community as she says that debate concerning LGBTQ should not be entertained in Kenya.

She has expressed the view on her socials, days after Edwin Chiloba, an LGBTQ activist, was murdered by gay lover over what is alleged to be a love triangle.

“LGBTQ should not be entertained in our country anymore,” Mboko tweeted.

The vocal MP joins outspoken Nyali member of parliament Mohammed Ali who recently also spoke against LGBTQ, saying it was a waste of time discussing the queer community.

“Let us not waste time discussing LGBTQ or whatever name they call it. It’s illegal, God doesn’t like it and we should not entertain it. On this one Democracy my foot! Jail them,” Ali tweeted.
