“Corporates have noticed this and are putting money into social media including TikTok and it proves that it can be used for also professional matters,” Jalang’o explained

As of June 2023, TikTok has faced restrictions in the United States, with bans in several states due to national security concerns. Despite the controversies, Jalang’o sees the positive side of social media’s influence. He explained that these platforms can be used not only for entertainment but also for professional purposes, echoing the sentiments of many young content creators who have found success online.
