Kabando Wa Kabando: Raila And Ruto On Background Talks Over PM Position

Former Mukurweini Member of Parliament (MP) Kabando wa Kabando has claimed that President William Ruto is slowly paving way for Raila Odinga to Parliament as a Prime Minister (PM), in a properly strategized plot.

In tweets posted on February 20, 2023, Kabando explained the afore – allegations saying that Raila would be Prime Minister through the constitutional amendments recently proposed by the government.

“Making this observation without fear, favour, bias, or prejudice: Ruto is baiting Azimio while Raila is on his way to Parliament via Ruto’s sly constitutional amendments. Ruto and Raila in plot; secret talks. HIGH VOLTAGE PALACE CONSPIRACY against gullible, suffering Kenyans,” Kabando tweeted.

The former Mukurweini MP added that the witnessed political wrangles in the country are just a clever way of making way for the political bigwigs in the country. He added that the 2005 ODM’s big names,Raila Odinga,Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, will soon come back together.

He further said that the dissenting azimio lawmakers are not in any way at mistake as such is just part of the strategy to prop up numbers in Parliament such that it would be easy to pass to President’s proposed Constitutional amendments.

“Uhuru Special Envoy. Ruto President. Raila ‘PM’ via Bunge slot. Amiable Musalia is Premier CS. Soft Kalonzo Senior Envoy, shortly. Already, RAO’s curtain raisers aka “rebels” led by an ODM Senator in, while UK’s proxies via Jubilee “rebels” clearing dew. 2005 ODM big5 reunites?” Tweeted Kabando.

The President has since set his eyes on securing an absolute majority in the National Assembly and Senate to guarantee an easy time passing bills.Already Nine Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) lawmakers and 30 Jubilee MPs have pledged to work with the government.

The Kenya Kwanza Alliance has 179 MPs in the National Assembly against Azimio la Umoja One Kenya’s 157.This will bring little to no struggle with numbers in Parliament for the president.
