DP Rigathi Gachagua Mourns Death Of His Brother Jack Reriani

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was today on Sunday 25th September, 2022 thrown into deep mourning of his elder brother Jack Reriani who he credits for paying his school fees.

In his post, Rigathi recalled moments the two spend together after his inauguration ceremony to become the Deputy President of Kenya and when growing up in the village saying were the happiest and joyous he has ever known in his entire life.

“Little did I know that those beautiful moments we shared would be our last. The news of your passing last night hit me hard as I remain alone among the Kirigo sons. I love you big the way you have always loved me.” Gachagua wrote in parts of the post.

Rigathi penned a condolence message dedicated to his brother’s family, Kirigo family which is his late mother’s name and the extended Reriani family. He expressed his love for his brother as he prayed to God to grant Jack’s wife and son the strength to bear the great loss.

According to trusted source, on Sartuday 24th, Jack started showing signs of illness while at his home in Mathira Nyamira County and was rushed to Jamii Hospital in Karatina when he died on the way.
