The High Court of Mombasa, through Judge Olga Sewe, dismissed pastor Ezekiel Odero’s application to stop the decision to freeze his church and bank accounts.
According to the High Court judge, the application the controversial pastor made is absolutely misconceived. Further, she distanced her authority that she will never infringe into the verdict issued by the Magistrate Court on Friday last week, in Nairobi.
On the a similar note, the High Court of Mombasa also refrained from correcting the legality of the verdict made concerning the pastor’s TV licence.
His application presented to the court, seeking to regain his TV licence was therefore dismissed as well.
Meanwhile, the pastor’s New Life TV will remain shut till the 30-day duration collapses. His over 15-bank accounts shall also remain freezed within the same time length.
