Catholic’s Pope Francis has passed away at the age of 88 years today while receiving medication at his residence in Casa Santa Marta in the Vatican.
Following a long period of illness, the Pope was then admitted to Gemelli Hospital in Rome diagnosed with severe pneumonia affecting both lungs.
