Her name is Esther Akoth alias Akothee. For decades, she has always been dubbed the president of single mothers having raised her daughters by herself without any male voice in his family. In the pictures, Akothee doubtlessly enjoyed being drove on a chariot of horses while her husband Omosh looks to have known how to ride and accelerate on a horse.
