Content creator Kabi Wa Jesus has narrated how he found himself in the verge of marijuana addiction at a tender age.
Kabi revealed that he started smoking bhang while in grade five where he was introduced by his peers. His friends instructed him to use the illegal drug so that he could qualify to join a local criminal gang. However, they gave him a strict demand which required him to be circumcised despite his young age.
“They told me initiation required circumcision, a plot that would have seen me convinced my parents to let me go under the knife in class 6. Thank you Jesus, that plan never materialized!” Kabi said.
In a twist of fate, the content creator developed tuberculosis which forced the doctor to request him to put his smoking habit into halt. Despite the health risk, Kabi revealed that it didn’t take long before he went back to his previous habit.
The currently born again YouTuber advised parents to refrain from using illegal drugs in the presence of their kids. This is because the young ones tend to copy the immoral habits which eventually leads them to criminal activities.
In September 2013, Kabi turned into a believer and received salvation in which he is still dwelling in. Despite the transition being a tough one, he managed to overcome his previous addiction tendency and serve his savior. By quoting a Bible verse, the father of three stated that everyone can overcome every obstacle in their life if they believe and proclaim it in Jesus name.
