Tanzanian artist, Vanessa Mdee, has hinted on making a comeback in the music industry after three years of quitting music.
The US-based artist shared a throwback video of her performing on her Instagram page captioning it “I miss performing,Trusting God for my next step as a performer. Waiting on His instruction.”
This shown that the artist may start singing and performing like before after she called it a quit in 2019.
This is after she relocated to the United States and got married to her Nigerian lover, Rotimi.
She made her fans believe that she won’t make a comeback in the music industry by describing the music industry as “demonic” in her podcast “Deep Dive With Vanessa Mdee”.
” I don´t know who needs to hear this, but my mission is to be a light and I know that I would probably disappoint a few people and that´s okay. I know that my fans don´t wanna hear this but guess what, am never too far away from you, trust me,’’ she said in the podcast.
“I needed to choose my life, the music industry is demonic. Now my fans are probably asking themselves right now, ‘Are you never gonna sing again? Are we never gonna see you perform?’ Let me reiterate. I love music, I love to create, and I love to perform. I’m a vessel,” Mdee added.
A week ago, Vanessa and Rotimi welcomed their bouncing baby girl to whom they named Imani Enioluwa Akinosho.
The celebrity couple are currently proud parents of two kids where the first born is a boy named Seven Akinosho.
